About Pilates in the Alley:

There is NO PARKING in the alley, you
must park on one of the surrounding streets.
The closest metro station is Mount Vernon, located on the green and yellow lines.
Directions from the metro:
Turn left on M, and stay
straight. You will cross the intersection of 9th & M St NW. Modern
liquors will be on your right, "First Cup" coffee shop
will be on your left. Continue on M, you will come to an opening in the sidewalk. Turn right at the opening. When
you make this right, you are entering
Blagden Alley. Directly in front of you will be a large Rent a Wreck sign. Walk towards the lot, and
turn left at the opening JUST BEFORE the lot.Walk forward to the next opening and look to your right. You
will the studio building, with large glass windows and “1209” on it.
Directions from 9th St NW:
Take
9th St towards the Verizon center
Turn right on N
Turn left on Blagden Alley
Immediately
in front will be a large American flag. Walk towards the flag
Turn right at the next opening
Walk
forward , to the large glass doors.
