Fitness Assessments :
Ever wanted to know what your fat percentage is, or what you should
be eating ? By the end of this session, you will know the answer to those questions and more. Assessments include body composition
testing, nutrition analysis and goal setting guidance.(75 minutes)
Personal Training:
A full hour devoted to you and your training goals. Each session will include
cardiovascular, strength and flexibility components.

Perinatal Fitness:
Say goodbye to the "delicate" condition myth ! Train for the main event
with exercises specifically for the pre/post natal period. Each session will include cardiovascular, strength and flexibility
components. (60 minutes)
Pilates Mat (group)
The Pilates Method of Body Conditioning is a series of highly effective
exercises that strengthen the body while fully engaging the mind. Group classes are kept very small in size to ensure personal
attention. (45 minutes)
Pilates Mat & Apparatus (private)
Private sessions consist of Matwork, along with the Pilates apparatus machines. Duet sessions(2 people) also
available. (50 minutes)
